Can a Timbren spindle be bolted to each end of the Timbren Silent Ride Suspension for Tandem Axle Trailers w/ 3inch Round Axles - 10,000 lbs Item # TSR10KT02, instead of an axle beam?

The Timbren Silent Ride Suspension item # TSR10KT02 is a leaf spring replacement system so attaching spindles instead of axles will not work.
Instead you are going to want to use two of the following 5,200 lbs Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System. Each one of them has a brake flange. Both are rated to be used in tandem axle applications.
4" Lift Spindle w/ Brake Flange - 5,200 lbs item # TASR5200S03
2" Lift Spindle w/ Brake Flange - 5,200 lbs item # TASR5200S05
Regular Tires - 5200 lbs item # ASR5200S01
