Furrion Over the Range RV Convection Microwave Not Heating Up or Fan Working

Question:
I have this model oven in my Pinecrest 5th wheel. The convection setting isn’t heating up and I do not hear the fan working. Is there a fix for that.

Is your Furrion Over the Range RV Convection Microwave # FMCM15SS working with other settings?
I reached out to my contact at Furrion and they said if the fan and heat aren't working but the microwave is getting power then the unit needs to be replaced.
If this is the case and you're outside the 1-year warranty window then you can use the same microwave oven as a replacement as we don't have any other microwaves with that convection feature you're trying to use.
