To find the correct replacement slam latch for your 2018 Grand Design Solitude 375RES you'll need to remove the current latch and measure the cutout hole and the thickness of the compartment door.

For example, the Lippert Slam Latch for RV Doors # LC54PJ you were looking at fits a 3-3/4" x 3-3/4" cutout hole and fits a 1/2" thick door.

You are going to want to stay with the Lippert Slam Latch 642063 #LC54PJ as that is what you already have. This latch is different than our other compartment door latches so fitment would be an issue on your 2019 Grand Design Solitude 3740BH-R.
