My Motorhome has 6 wires hanging down. I tested them and we have left turn Right turn separate brake lights running lights back up lights and ground. Problem is I want to buy a set of lights to attach to my towed car and they are all 4 pole.How go I accomplish this?

I will be happy to help you out. The separate brake light circuit is going to have to be combined with the turn signals in order to use a light kit with a 4-Pole connector. There is a special converter for this, # RM-732. On the input side you will connect the right turn signal wire to the green lead, the left turn signal wire to the yellow lead, and the brake light wire to the red lead.
The converter will properly combine the signals and on the output side you will have green for right turn signal/brake light and the yellow for left turn/brake light. The running light wire will bypass this converter.
Then you can wire the new green and yellow wires along with the ground and running light wires to a vehicle side 4-Way, # 18172. On this 4-Way green is right turn/brake, yellow is left turn/brake, brown is running lights, and white is ground.
