I am trying to determine if this is the correct replacement for my 2022 forest river Sabre 36BHQ. The sticker on my pinbox indicates LCI part number 802504.

Thanks for the pictures! I just spoke with my rep at Lippert and your Forest River Sabre has a 1621 pin box with a 15,500 lbs capacity. The Trailair Air Ride 5th Wheel Pin Box item # LC158778 you were looking at is exactly what you need.
