Will The Circuit Tester # PK12741 Put The Truck In Trailer Towing Mode?

Question:
2022 GMC 3500 SLT. New GM trucks with the camera system, the side view camera only comes on the display when a trailer is connected and you use you turn signal. Will this trick the computer into thinking a trailer is connected so the side view camera will come on when the turn indicator is activated?
