Does the lock lock both sides down

The locking latch for the TruXedo Lo Pro Soft Roll-up Tonneau Cover # TX572801 is only located on the drivers side rear of the cover. The passenger side of the cover remains held in place by the tension in the cover and the grooves on the rear bar fitting inside the side rail.
