I believe I have a solution for you, but the 27 inch Long Safety Cable # 2118-605-04 that you referenced does not have a keeper.
Check out the 35 inch Safety Cable # 1483-535-04. This is a slightly longer chain, with a slightly higher capacity that does have a keeper. Overall its a better safety chain.
