Question:
I really liked the possibility of the Thule Insta-Gater Pro Truck Bed Bike Rack - 1 Bike for my 2015 Nissan Titan Pro-4x Crew cab truck bed but then noticed the weight limit. What options are available for me to carry my 67 lb e-bike Flyer M880 that is NOT a hitch mount carrier as I need to pull my camper and dont want to put extra weight on the rear of the camper d/t weight sway distribution issues. I did see the Curt Clamp-on 3 bike rack but again I only have the 1 e-bike. Thanks for your help.

The Thule Insta-Gater Pro # TH93VR is a great bike rack but like you said, the weight capacity is only 50 lbs so it won't be able to properly hold your 67 lb bike.
While we do have a handful of other carriers that can be used in a truck bed, unfortunately they don't have much of a weight rating either so your best solution is a hitch mounted carrier that can handle that higher weight rating. The Curt Clamp-On 3 Bike Rack # C18013 will install on what you're doing but the 135 weight rating is for all 3 bike positions so you're really looking at 45 lbs per cradle position. If your bike was slightly over you might be okay but as is you'll be overloading a cradle by 20 lbs.
For your application you'll need to install the bike either at the front of your 2015 Nissan Titan or at the back of your trailer. I recommend at the back of your trailer using a hitch like part # E-100 or # C13701 and the Lets Go Aero V-Lectric FAT PRO Bike Rack # LGA77FR because it has a weight rating of 75 lbs and your bike will be better protected at the back of your trailer instead of getting blasted with bugs and whatever elements you're facing at the front of your truck.
This will affect the tongue weight of your trailer but you should be able to move stuff around inside your trailer to still maintain a tongue weight that is 10-15% the loaded weight of your trailer.
I know this isn't the news you wanted to hear, but this is the safest option we have for transporting your Flyer M880 e-bike.
