Hi..2014 Lincoln Navigator with 4 pin installed..would like to convert to 7 pin to tow camper with electric brakes. Not sure if vehicle has built in brake controller or not.. what would u recommend to convert 4 pin ? Thank u

The simplest and least invasion option we have for converting the four pin trailer wiring harness on a 2014 Lincoln Navigator to a seven pin is a combination of the Curt Echo Mobile Trailer Brake Controller part # C51180 and 7-Pin RV Upgrade Kit for Trailer Brake Controller Installation part # ETBC7L. This setup does two things, it converts the four pin connection to a seven pin and it comes with the rest of the stuff you need to hook up a trailer brake controller. This is a wireless setup so you don't have to cut or splice into any wires on the vehicle. The controller just plugs into the trailer connector between the vehicle and trailer and then works automatically behind the scenes. If you need to change settings or manually apply the brakes you can use the free mobile app.
