Replacement Hand Knob for Thule EasyFold 2 Bike Rack

Question:
I have a thule easy fold 2 bike rack. The knob that tightens the hitch no longer works. I need assistance in obtaining a replacement part so I can tighten the hitch to my 2015 toyota seinna with a 1-1/4 inch hitch

I do have options for you but the anti-rattle knob and or mechanism on the Thule EasyFold Bike Rack is not available as a replacement part from Thule. Please note, while locked the knob will spin freely, it's only when it's unlocked that it will have tension when tightening or loosening. That said, if the knob or mechanism is defective you would just simply need to reach out to the manufacturer as the rack has a lifetime warranty. The other option would be to upgrade to the newest model, the XT part # TH903202.
