If tongue weight is 900 pounds, is it ok to use 1300 pound bars

Weight distribution hitches like the Blue Ox TrackPro all typically have a tongue weight range that they're designed to handle and going too far above or below that range with hinder the performance of the hitch. In the 900lb tongue weight range you'd need to use part # BLU77FR, which covers 800lbs - 1,000lbs tongue weight.

The Blue Ox TrackPro hitch head is capable of being used with higher rated spring bars, like the 1,300lb # BLU32FR, but in your case you'd be better sticking with the # BLU52FR since it has an 800lb - 1,000lb rating. Being in the middle of the capacity range is going to give you the best performance out of your hitch.

It wouldn't hurt to use a tongue weight scale # e99044 to get your exact tongue weight before getting new spring bars too.
