The part number I sent was for the front of the truck I already bought the ones for the rear

I do have an option for you to help with front end support and leveling but I checked with the two leading aftermarket air bag manufacturers in the industry, Firestone and AirLift, neither of them offer a solution for a 2022 Ford F-350 2WD. Instead, I recommend a jounce style spring replacement which is really your only option. The most popular of which is the Timbren Front Suspension Enhancement System part # TFF350SD2 which offers an easy bolt-on install.
