Does Mighty Cord RV Power Cord Adapter # A10-1530BK Have Fuse or Breaker Built Into It

Question:

Is there a 15 amp fuse built into this adapter to protect the 15 amp extension cord that it is designed to connect to? What is stopping the RV from drawing 30 amps through the adapter and burning up a 15 amp cord?

The Mighty Cord RV Power Cord Adapter # A10-1530BK does not have a fuse or breaker built into it. What would protect the circuit from being overdrawn would be a breaker on the 15 amp circuit that this is plugged into if it were to be overdrawn.
