Question:
I want to make sure that I can use this remote in combination with the 2,000 watt go power inverter tied to two 12 volt batteries. I plan on using this as a 12 volt system. the system will be used for power tools and will be located in my tool box in the truck bed.

Helpful Expert Reply:
If the two 12-volt batteries are wired in series and therefore put out 24 volts then the part # 34280231 is correct since this is for a 24 volt system. If instead they are wired in parallel and put out 12 volts you'd instead need the # 34279999 which is 12 volt.
