Will this roof rack fit my subject vehicle and crossbars? Will I need additional parts?

The Yakima FrontLoader Wheel Mount Bike Rack, # Y02103, will fit the factory crossbars of the 2014 Audi Q5, however it does not appear that your Q5 has crossbars in the photo you provided. If your Q5 does not have crossbars, I recommend adding the Thule roof rack consisting of crossbars # TH711420, feet # TH710601, and fit kit # TH186025. This rack has aerodynamic crossbars to reduce wind noise and drag. You may want to lock the rack to your vehicle using # TH450400.
The only other additional parts you may want are the Yakima Same Key System Lock Cores, # Y07202, which will allow you to lock the bike rack to the roof rack and your bike to the rack.
