Troubleshooting a MaxxFan 7500 That Keeps Closing On Its Own

My maxx fan 7500 keeps closing itself. It doesn’t matter if I manually open it or have fan running after a few minutes it will stop running and close. It will even make a noise like it is trying to close even though it is closed and off.

I contacted the manufacturer regarding the issue you are describing with your MaxxFan Deluxe Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan # MA00-07500K. They recommended first doing a reset on the fan. You can do this by removing power by pulling the fuse from the circuit the fan is on from the fuse box. Then reinsert the fuse to do a reset on the fan.
If you continue to have the same issue, they said that he circuit board is likely having amperage issues and would need to be replaced. The correct circuit board is the:
