Could Ground Circuit of 4-Way Trailer Wiring be Red

Question:
The connector on my motorhome has the following wire colors: Brown Yellow Green Red My question is, could the red wire be the ground? All other colors match up with right and left turn signals and the parking lights.

Yes, on your trailer wiring setup the red wire would be the ground circuit. Normally ground is white but occasionally it is red.
