Question:
Hi, Can I use Timbren Suspension Enhancement System on the rear of my truck in conjunction with a weight distribution hitch? If so, should I make sure the WDH is fully dialed in BEFORE adding SES? Thanks, eTrailer is the best.

Yes, you will be able to use Timbren suspension enhancement on your 2019 Ford F-250 with a weight distribution hitch. I see you are looking at the System # TFRTT350J which is their severe duty kit. This is best used on vehicles which will always have additional weight like ones with a service bed, salt spreader or always towing. If you are not always towing or have a large load in your truck the Kit # TFR250SDJ will be a better option, This will give you a better ride quality then the severe duty kit while unloaded.
Generally it is best to set the weight distribution to carry the trailer weight and distribute the weight evenly across your F-250. But I would never expect anyone to remove the springs every time they set up their weight distribution for a different trailer.
