The base rails such as the Base Rails for Thule TracRac SR Sliding Truck Bed Ladder Racks # TH21603 use 3" socket head cap screws; these are not sold individually by Thule, just in a hardware pack:

- Long Bed Trucks (8 ft bed): Replacement Hardware Kit for TracRac SR Ladder Rack Base Rails # TAHD-21000-A

- Short Bed Trucks (under 8 ft bed): Replacement Hardware Kit for TracRac SR Ladder Rack Base Rails # TAHD-21501
