I purchased clearance light Part #MCL63AB and did not realize I needed a mounting bracket. Will Part # MCL63AB work to mount it and ground it to an aluminum trailer?

Yes, the Chrome Mounting Bracket # A67CB that you referenced will work on your aluminum trailer with the Clearance Light # MCL63AB, but since you have an aluminum trailer and the bracket grounds through the mounting hardware you will also need a Two Wire Plug for Thin Line Series Trailer Clearance and Side Marker Lights # A68P.
