It sounds like you need the replacement wheel with the caster for your Eagle trailer. We carry replacement kits which are based on the trailer jack weight capacity.
If the inner jack tube you have measures 2 inches, I recommend the Pro Series Detachable Caster with pin, part # PS1400750340. This wheel is rated at 1200 lbs and features a removable corrosion resistant caster with a 6 inch diameter wheel. I pulled one from our warehouse and took a couple measurements. I have attached a photo that shows the dimensions of this caster. The inner diameter of the caster post that slips over the inner leg of your jack is 2 inches. The outer diameter of the caster post is 2-1/4 inches. I have attached a link to a video that shows how the caster assembly is used on a jack. It is at the three minute thirty six second mark of the video.
If you are looking to just replace the wheel without the caster for your jack, we carry wheels that are either 6 or 8 inches diameter. If you are looking for a 6 inch wheel, I recommend part # F6811S00. This wheel is 2 inches wide and has a 5/8 inch diameter center hole, 1/2 inch with the included bushing, and has a weight capacity of 1200 lbs.
Another option for the wheel only is part # BD0917501S00. This 6 inch wheel has a weight capacity of 750 to 1000 lbs, and is 2 inches wide and has a center axle hole diameter of 5/8 inch.
