What is the difference between part number 13701 and 13702? They seem identical but different in price? Thanks.

The difference between the two Curt hitches you mentioned is the location of the hitch opening relative to the crosstube. The part # C13701 has the hitch opening mounted to the bottom of the crosstube which gives it a 2 inch drop and the part # C13702 on the other hand has the hitch opening mounted to the front of the crosstube so it does not have any drop. You'd want to consider where you plan to mount the hitch to determine if having the additional drop would be beneficial or not when it comes to picking between them.
