Yes, we do offer an anti-rattle device for 3" trailer hitch receivers, the Blue Ox Hitch Receiver Immobilizer for 3" Hitches part # BLU85QR for the wraparound style or the Gen-Y Iron Grip Anti-Rattle Hitch Pin for 3" Hitch Receivers part # GY49FR for the pin style. These are both great options that will help secure your accessories inside the receiver reducing rattle, I recommend the Gen-Y Iron Grip Anti-Rattle Hitch Pin since it doubles as a lock.
