What backing plate part # would I order to go along with this recessed d ring?

For the etrailer D-Ring Tie Down Anchor # RRING-Q6000 you will need to use the Backing Plate # BP05.
This will increase surface area for the bolts used to attach the anchor to your floor giving it additional support.
I included a video of the # RRING-Q6000 being installed for you to take a look at.
