Question:
My trailer has a GVWR of 18,000pounds and uses a 1116 pin box (that's the 4 digit number I found)? What Gen-y pin box will work?

For your application you need the Gen-Y Hitch Shock Absorbing 5th Wheel Pin Box # GY45SR as the mounting plates match up with the 1116 pattern and the tongue weight of your 18K trailer should be 3,600 lbs which falls right in the sweet spot of this pin box (see linked photo).
