The Curt A30 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch for RAM Towing Prep Package # C64BR will fit as long as you have the Ram OEM puck system in the bed of your 2020 Ram 2500.
Since you have RamBoxes you will need to use a rotating pin box along with a wedge kit like # C16992 to prevent the pin box from coming into contact with the RamBoxes.
