The Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs # F2176 will fit your 2021 Ford F-350 Cab and Chassis as long as you have 7-1/2" between the frame and the inside of the tire.
I recommend adding the Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System # AL74000EZ to control the air pressure in the air springs. This compressor system can be controlled from either the included wireless remote or with your smartphone using the Air Lift app. It also has a smart manifold which will maintain the air pressure in each spring to within 3psi of your settings. This will help prevent damage to your air springs from under inflation and allows you to just keep your attention on the road rather than checking the air spring gauge.
