Yes, there is a trailer brake controller plug on a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee WL. In order to utilize this you'll need a trailer brake controller like the Tekonsha BRAKE-EVN Trailer Brake Controller part # TK63VR and an adapter harness like the Tekonsha Plug-In Wiring Adapter for Electric Brake Controllers part # TK93VR which all makes for a plug-in-play installation.
Please note, if you don't want to search under the dash for the plug or drill into the dash to mount the controller you can go the wireless route which is becoming more and more popular for infrequent towers, I recommend the Curt Echo Mobile Wireless Trailer Brake Controller part # C51180.
