We do have a couple options for adding an accessory power outlet on your 2021 Honda CR-V EX. Both options are universal, aftermarket options and are not custom fit for your CR-V. First is the 12 Volt Outlet Kit # RM-9332 which contains the wiring and socket to connect directly to the battery on your CR-V.
The Multi Device Charging Station # 37215095 has a 12 volt connection and 2-USB connections. This will require a Fuse Tap Kit # F2526 to connect to one of the fuse boxes in your CR-V to add power for the connector.
