Yes, you can use a front mounted hitch like item # C31015 to push a trailer. This front mounted hitch is confirmed to fit the 2018 Ram 2500 4WD trucks and it has a 500 lbs vertical load limit or tongue weight capacity.
We do have another option that will give you a 750 lbs tongue weight capacity. It is the EcoHitch Hidden Front Mount Hitch item # 306-X7900. This front mounted hitch fits both the 2WD and 4WD models.
