The best 2-1/2" adjustable ball mount for your 2020 Chevy 3500 is going to be the B&W Tow & Stow 2-Ball Mount- 2-1/2" Hitch item # BWTS20066BMP. This adjustable ball mount is made specifically for the GM MultiPro Tailgate. The angled design offers clearance for the inner-gate and step feature of your GM MultiPro tailgate.
This ball mount has a maximum drop of 7" and a maximum rise of 7-1/2". The 2-5/16" hitch ball has a 18,000 lbs capacity and the 2" hitch ball has a 7,500 lbs capacity. This hitch requires a minimum of eleven inches of clearance between the ground and the lowest part of the hitch.
