Expert Reply:
Per Curt their Trailer Hitch Receiver # C26HR is only for trucks that have a factory receiver. If you are needing a class IV receiver for your 2022 Ford F-150 without a factory receiver I recommend the Draw-Tite Ultra Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # DT35MR. This receiver is rated for up to 1,100lbs of tongue weight and 11,000lbs total trailer weight with a standard hitch or 1,400lbs of tongue weight and 14,000lbs of total trailer weight with a Weight Distribution Hitch # EQ37140ET.
