I have a 2008 F350 dually, I see it has been confirmed to fit 2011 and up, can I make this fit a 2008?

I do have an option for you though we don't carry an underbed puck system for a 2008 Ford F-350. That said, we do still have underbed systems like the Custom Underbed Installation Kit for B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches part # BWGNRK1108 with B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch part # BWRVK3500 which is what I recommend. This setup just like the pucks gives you a clean truck bed when not in use and doubles as both a fifth wheel and gooseneck hitch.
