The etrailer Trailer Hitch item # e27KR weighs 46 lbs. It is custom fit and attaches to your 2022 Acura MDX with included hardware and does not require any drilling or welding.
This hitch has a 2" x 2" receiver. I have linked an installation video below.
If you plan on towing with your Acura you will also need a wiring harness item # C27BR and a ball mount kit item # C45534.
