There are four products on your site described as Replacement Tail Gate Rail for Extang Classic Platinum Truck Bed Tonno Cover. Which one is proper for my Platinum Classic cover on a 2003 Ford Ranger 6-foot styleside bed? EX 32435-45 EX 32725-45 EX 7410-4 EX 7705-45

What you have on your 2003 Ford Ranger is the Platinum Classic 7630. According to Extang, this cover has been discontinued and they no longer have the material for the 7630-45 tail rail. The other rails you referenced will not fit. Unfortunately, this means the only option for a repair is to replace your cover.
If you would like to stick with Extang they still make folding covers that will fit your Ford Ranger like the Trifecta 2.0 Soft Tonneau Cover # EX92630. If you want a roll-up option I recommend the TruXedo TruXport # TX250101.
