Sure can, and there is just a single difference between the Curt and etrailer trailer hitches that fit your 2022 Toyota Sienna, which is the finish. The Curt has a glossier finish than the matte black finish of the etrailer hitch, so you can choose which you prefer. The hitches that fit your '22 Sienna are the following part numbers:
- etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e56RR
- Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C22UR
The matte black finish is nice as it hides the inevitable dings, scuffs and scratches better than the glossy finish, but if you don't feel strongly either way about the finish, then just go with the best price. Otherwise, these are the exact same hitch with the same 3,500 lb towing/350 lb tongue weight capacities and simple bolt-on installation.
The only other thing I wanted to add is that if your plan on doing some towing with your '22 Sienna and need a 4-way wiring harness, the correct part is the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # TK69FR & Bracket # 18144.
