Question:
My fans open up to 12” at top peak. Is there a cover that allows full opening ?

There is not going to be an option to allow your fan to be opened all the way, however the closest I was able to find is the:
-MaxxAir FanMate RV and Trailer Roof Vent Cover # MA00-955003.
This cover opens to 10-1/4", is made in the USA, prevents heat buildup, keeps rainwater from entering the RV, and allows air to circulate at all times.
