We have all of the parts you are looking for to flat tow your 2010 Ford Explorer Sport Trac 4x4, however, I did some research on your vehicle and it looks like you may need a Neutral Tow Kit from Ford to complete the flat tow setup for your Sport Trac. I recommend checking your owners manual or contacting Ford for any specific procedures or restrictions on flat towing your vehicle.
For a base plate kit, you can use the Demco base plate kit, # DM9518199. They're really concealed and there's nothing to remove when you're not towing. They're also compatible with other Demco tow bars. For a tow bar, I recommend the Demco Commander, # DM9511012. This tow bar has a 6,000 lb weight capacity and it comes with safety cables.
You have a few different options for a tail light kit. If you do not plan on towing frequently and would like something that is easy to install and remove, you may want a magnetic tow light kit like the Magnetic Tow Lights # 337TL257M.
If you plan on towing frequently and would like a kit that is permanently installed, the Roadmaster Bulb and Socket Kit, # RM-152-LED, may be a better option. This kit remains installed on the vehicle and uses its own bulbs in the tail light housing so you do not have to splice into your vehicles tail light wiring.
One final part that you may need is a supplemental braking system. Most states require a supplemental braking system when towing to activate the brakes on the towed vehicle when driving. One unit that I would recommend for you is the Delta Force, # SM99242. This system is easy to install and it is a proportional system that will apply the same braking intensity to the Sport Trac as you apply in the motor home.
I have attached a few help articles on flat towing for you to check out.
