Bolt Hole Spacing on the Timbren Heavy-Duty Axle-Less Trailer Suspension ASR2KHDS02
Updated 09/14/2022 | Published 09/13/2022 >
Question:
What bolt holes on the axle are used to secure the crossmember represented as Vinch in drawings? From spinning the picture I see there is one on top and two on the side that appear to be aligned with the crossmember represented as V in drawings. The two holes on the side are not in any drawings I can find so I have no idea of the bolt hole spacing. The hole on top represented as through hole p I do see the bolt hole location and spacing represented as n. Im wanting to have the tube holes laser cut so Im trying to determine the exact hole placement for the crossmember tube.

Thanks for the picture! I attached a couple of diagrams below for the Timbren Heavy-Duty Axle-Less Trailer Suspension item # ASR2KHDS02. These dimensional renderings with measurements will be able to give you the exact information you are looking for.
The crossmember that is inserted in the 2" square cut out identified as V in your dimensional drawing is secured through two holes in the front of each Timbren suspension piece. It is an option to use this but doing so will only require you to bolt the Timbren's to your frame from the side. You do not have to attach this crossbar to your trailer's frame. You will want to mock that up before you drill any holes into that crossmember. I have linked a video below that shows this being done at the 10:15 point.
