Adapter Needed to Use Roadmaster Crossbar-Style Base Plate Kit on Honda CR-V w/ Ready Brute Tow Bar
Question:
I am considering purchasing your Roadmaster Crossbar-Style Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms Item # 1528-3. Do you have any that has the front braces that will hook up to my Ready Brute tow bar?

Expert Reply:
The Roadmaster Crossbar-Style Base Plate Kit # 1528-3 is a fit for your 2001 Honda CR-V. You would then need the Roadmaster Tow Bar Adapter # RM-032 to use your Ready Brute tow bar.
In addition to the base plate kit and tow bar, you will also need safety cables, tow bar wiring and a supplemental braking system to flat tow your 2001 Honda CR-V.
Safety Cables:
- Roadmaster 64" Single Hook, Straight Safety Cables # RM-645
Tow Bar Wiring:
- Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267
Supplemental Braking System:
- Brake Buddy Select 3 Portable Supplemental Braking System # HM39524
