Hi I have a question regarding a rack that is compatible with the Leer Ultragroove tonneau cover with RES system. Do you sell a rack compatible with this tonneau cover Thank you

We do!
I recommend going with the Yakima OverHaul HD Adjustable Truck Bed Ladder Rack for Tonneau Covers # Y01151-5955 for this application. This is just like the standard OverHaul HD but it comes with adapters to fit the RES rail system you're talking about.
The weight capacity is 300 lbs since it's mounted to the tonneau cover but this system comes with 78" long crossbars and has the ability to move forward or back in the RES rails plus it has height adjustment which isn't very common for ladder racks.
