I do have a recommendation as we do not currently carry an axle with the dimensions you are looking for. The Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System w Hubs # A35RD545 bolts to the frame and provides a 4" drop spindle with 5 on 4-1/2" idler hubs. To verify that this will work on your trailer you will need to take a couple measurements. First the hub face is 6" off the side of the trailer frame. The center of the spindle is located 1/4" below the trailer frame with no weight and will compress to 1-1/2" above the base of the trailer frame.
In the event your measurements are different please let me know what you have and I can verify if we have something that better matches your measurements.
