Question:

Looking for correct replacement. 2016 Heartland Bighorn 3160EL Correct Track, Tandem, 2 1/4 shackle. Just wanting to get it right. Nylon bushings have given out. Bolts appear to be 3-3/8 on the non shackle end of springs and 2-7/8 or 3 on the shackle end. Photos attached.

The MORryde Suspension Upgrade Kit # MR58ZR is designed to work with the bolt sizes you have on your 2016 Heartland Bighorn 3160EL with the Correct Track suspension. It includes longer bolts for the adjustable mount on the end of your leaf springs. It includes new bronze bushings that you can use to replace your nylon bushings.

This kit is also compatible with the Dexter E-Z Flex Equalizers # K71-655-00 that were added to your Bighorn.

I recommend using the LubriMatic LMX Industrial Strength Grease # L11390 with a Grease Gun # L30416. This grease is formulated to work well in both cold and wet climates and is highly water insoluble to reduce breakdown from water.
