Yes, so long as your 2008 Arctic Cat 400 is one of the following models, the winch mount will fit without drilling holes - 4x4 TBX-Box, 4x4 TRV 2-UP, and Manual 4x4 ACT MRP. The winch and mount are the following part numbers:
