can you show how too install the loops I have a 99 dodge ram 2500 8 ft. bed for gooseneck hookup.

The tall safety chain loops, # RP58468, will fit in the Q-turn pucks mounted below the bed in a Reese Elite Series hitch. I have included a link to the instructions for another part, # RP30137, that shows how they install.
