Hello, I have a Thule 9030 bike rack and it doesn’t have the locking cable, is there any chance I can buy this cable and install it on the rack?

I checked and Thule does not offer the cable lock as a replacement for your Thule Vertex 5 bike rack. With that being said, you can use a standard cable lock like the:
-etrailer Cable Lock # e98891, however if you wanted to use one that can be keyed alike to match your Thule bike rack, then I recommend checking out the:
-Thule Cable Lock w/ One Key System Lock # TH538XT, with the lock core kit # TH450200.
