Does this light have a sensor that operates it?

The Optronics LED Step Light # ILL86BCB that you mention does not have a sensor that operates the light, this light is powered by 12V and has constant power to the unit.
Additionally, this light measures 4" tall x 2-1/2" wide x 1-5/16" deep, and 2-15/16" for the mounting holes on center.
