I need a grease gap that measures 1.990 around the smaller rim of cap also they have the rubber plug for easy greasy

For a hub bore diameter of 1.99 inch like you mentioned the correct EZ lube style grease caps we have available are the part # RG04-040 which is a pair that also includes the replacement rubber caps.
