Question:

This looks exactly what my old part is except for the fact my old part is flat and this one is radius. The measurements are exactly the same and I have removed the old spring. I am wondering why the radius wonld not work. Other than a slinght bend on the open end what is the difference/

As long as the 2-Leaf Slipper Spring w/ Radius End for 1,000-lb Trailer Axles - 24-5/8" Long # e36SR is the same length as your current flat-end spring you can use it as a replacement.

The only "radius" style of leaf spring that can't be used as a replacement for a flat end spring is if it has the hook end like what we see with the Dexter Axle # DX93QR. With this design you can't fit it in that same bracket as your flat end spring.
